What are your working hours?
Our operating hours are Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time). WhatsApp inquiries are often answered outside these hours as well. Friday is our weekly holiday, but urgent WhatsApp messages are still monitored.

What is DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing?
DTF printing involves printing your design onto a special PET film using specialized inks, then applying adhesive powder and curing it. The film is then heat-pressed onto the garment, transferring the design permanently. Advantages:

- Vibrant full-color printing on light AND dark fabrics

What is DTG printing and how does it differ from DTF?
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints directly onto the fabric using inkjet technology, similar to a paper printer. Key differences:
- DTG: Best for cotton, softer hand feel, photographic quality
- DTF: Works on ANY fabric, more vibrant on darks, more durable
- DTG: Design becomes part of the fabric
- DTF: Design sits on top of the fabric with slight texture
When should I choose sublimation printing?

Do you offer screen printing for bulk orders?
Yes! Screen printing is available and cost-effective for large bulk orders (100+ pieces) with solid-color designs. It produces thick, bold prints with excellent durability. However, for complex multi-color designs or small quantities, DTF is more economical and versatile.

Do you offer embroidery services?
Yes! We offer computer-controlled embroidery for premium corporate logos, monograms, and brand identities. Embroidery is ideal for polo shirts, caps, jackets, and corporate uniforms where a premium, textured finish is desired. Contact us with your logo for an embroidery quote.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple — 3 easy steps:

What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity! You can order as few as 1 piece. This is one of the biggest advantages of digital printing (DTF/DTG) over traditional screen printing. However, bulk orders of 10+ pieces qualify for discounted wholesale pricing, and larger orders get even better rates.
How much does T-shirt printing cost?
Pricing depends on several factors:
- Printing method (DTF, DTG, sublimation, screen)
- Design size and complexity
- T-shirt type (round neck, polo, hoodie)
- Fabric quality/GSM
- Quantity — bulk orders get better rates
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order before production begins (typically within 2-4 hours of confirmation). Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible for custom orders. Modifications to design, size, or color may be possible if production hasn't started — contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders:
- 10-49 pieces: Standard wholesale rate
- 50-99 pieces: Additional 10-15% discount
- 100-499 pieces: Additional 15-25% discount
- 500+ pieces: Custom factory pricing — best rates
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We highly recommend ordering a sample piece before committing to a bulk order. This allows you to check print quality, color accuracy, fabric feel, and sizing. Sample pricing is at our standard single-piece rate. Once approved, your bulk order enters production immediately.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept the following formats:
- PNG — preferred, especially with transparent background
- JPG/JPEG — accepted but PNG is better
- AI — Adobe Illustrator (vector)
- PSD — Adobe Photoshop
- PDF — high-resolution
- SVG — scalable vector graphics
- CDR — CorelDRAW
Do you offer design services?
Yes! We offer free basic design assistance — adjustments like resizing, color corrections, and layout tweaks. For complex custom designs (logo creation, original artwork, typography), our professional graphic design team is available at very competitive rates. Share your concept on WhatsApp and we'll provide a quote.
My image is low resolution — can you still print it?
We recommend minimum 300 DPI for the best results. If your image is low resolution, we can sometimes enhance it, but results may vary. For small logos, vector formats (AI, SVG) are best as they scale perfectly. Our design team can recreate or vectorize your low-res image for an additional fee. Send us your file and we'll honestly advise you.
Do I need a transparent background for my design?
Yes, PNG with transparent background is ideal for the best DTF printing results. This ensures only your design prints without any unwanted background color. If you send a JPG with a white background, it may print with a visible white box around the design. We can remove backgrounds for you — just ask!
Can I see a mockup before printing?
Yes! We always provide a digital mockup showing your design on the selected T-shirt style and color before production begins. You must approve the mockup before we proceed. This ensures the design placement, sizing, and colors meet your expectations. You can also use our website's interactive mockup tool.
What print sizes and placements are available?
We offer flexible print placements:
- Front center chest — most popular
- Full front — A3/A4 size prints
- Back print — full back or upper back

How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines:

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 50+ countries worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and other international couriers. International delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs vary by weight and destination. Contact us on WhatsApp with your country for an exact shipping quote.
What are the delivery charges?

Can I track my order?

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
Yes! Self-pickup is available from our Dhaka service center. This saves you delivery charges and is the fastest way to get your order. We'll notify you on WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation for verification.
How durable are the prints? Do they crack or fade?
Our prints are highly durable and designed to last:
- DTF prints withstand 100+ washes without cracking or significant fading
- Sublimation prints are permanent — they never crack, peel, or fade
- Screen prints are thick and durable for heavy use
How should I wash and care for printed T-shirts?
For maximum print longevity:
- Turn inside out before washing
- Wash in cold water (30°C or below)
- Use mild detergent — avoid bleach
- Avoid tumble drying on high heat
- Iron on reverse side or use a cloth between iron and print
- Do not dry clean
What fabric quality/GSM do you use?

How do you ensure print quality?

Will the printed colors match exactly what I see on screen?
We strive for maximum color accuracy, but slight variations (5-10%) between screen and print are normal across all printing methods worldwide. This is due to differences between screen RGB and print CMYK color spaces, monitor calibration, and fabric absorption. For critical color matching (Pantone), please specify exact Pantone codes and we'll calibrate accordingly. Ordering a sample first is always recommended.
